In addition to our Babies, Children, Adult beginners and 1-2-1 classes we are running Fitness Swimming classes for and Intermediate/Advanced swimmiers.
Our Fitness Swimming class is an adult group session suitable for a Triathletes, Open water swimmers or Masters Club swimmers to improve your stroke, endurance and technique. Swimming is the best cardio workout so it will help you to improve your general fitness and health.
We are running classes at:
Mondays 18.00-19.00 and 19.00-20.00
& Thursdays 18.00-19.00 and 19.00-20.00
Mondays 6-7AM and 7-8AM
& Wednesdays 19.00-20.00 and 20.00-21.00
